NEVER give ANY debt collector your bank acct info!!

This is rule number 1 when dealing with any type of third party debt collector.
NEVER give ANY debt collector your banking info!! Never even pay them with a personal check or credit card because they keep all of the account info on file and can wipe you out any time they feel like it. If you ever want to pay a third party debt collector, do it ONLY with a generic money order, or a cashiers check from a bank that is NOT where you have your account.
FYI...They CANNOT "garnish" any bank account or paycheck without first suing you and winning, and then getting a judgement against you from the court.
File a fraud complaint with your bank to get the money back, and also file complaints with the FTC and even consult your local DA to file criminal charges.
FORGET the BBB! They are absolutely useless and have no power at all to do anything for you. After all, they are a FOR PROFIT business. They are NOT any form of government agency or consumer protection organization. The BBB is a SCAM.
NEVER speak yo ANY third party collector on the phone. Demand that all communications be only in writing, even if it is just email, so you can keep a record of what was discussed, and of any promises made. ALWAYS document everything!!

Allstate Dont pay them..

They called me about a payday loan threatened me with a supena that doesnt exist. They gave my mom and my sister my personal information. They violate every fdcpa law in the country. I contacted a lawyer that sues collection agencies, and I am now suing these fools. Dont pay them just ignore the call they use all kinds of phone numbers with different area codes or it comes up unavailable. Save the voicemails, and contact a collection attorney they sue the company dont charge you anything upfront, and they collect from the collection agency, and pay you out of the settlement. This agency threatens the law against you,but you dont go to jail for a payday loan. Dont let them bullie you just hang up on them. Payday companies do not prosecute they have to follow guidlines, and one of the guidlines are they do not sue for payday loans. Do the research so when these idiots call you will no they are idiots.
