ALLSTATE FINANCIAL SERVICES autowithdrawls made without my permission las vegas, Nevada

I had an agrement to payoff my credit card through Allstate Financial Services via three payments to be withdrawn from my account over three months. That was the start of my mistake. The three payments were taken out on time and for the correct amounts, but on the fourth month an additional payment was taken out. This auto withdrawl caused my bank account to become overdrawn and I called Allstate. I was informed that my credit card was paid off and this withdrawl was a mistake and a payment reversal would be sent back to my bank account within 3-5 business days. After two more weeks of calling back another auto withdrawl was taken out of my account,l again causing my bank account to become overdrawn. I called the company yet again and was told that the withdrawl was supposed to be a credit. I didn't believe it at all because if it was correcting the first withdrawl why was it for a different amount? Again I was told to give a few days to process the request and the refund would go back to my account. A month has now gone by and I called again over a week ago and was told that they were going to cancel the request to do a reversal and send out a paper check. I still have not recieved the paper check and every time I call the company I am still getting the run around, hung up on, and given very different information as to why my request hasn't been processed or when I can expect my refund. This company has extremely rude reps and managers. To this day it has been over a month and I am still at a loss and don't know what else to do
