At first it seemed like a regular sales pitch. They offered crazy prices on refurb toners. I told them what I was paying with my current vendors and they instantly dropped the price 40%. Being a pretty good deal at the new price, I figured we'd go for it. The original agreement was for 6 units to get the deal. I told them I would take 3 now and reserve the remaining 3 for a few months down the line. They thanked me for my order, sent me a WalMart gift card with the invoice, and all seemed fine.

The second call came a few months later asking if I wanted to get the next 3 in my 'batch'. I didn't need them yet and asked to push them out further. They explained that they're not a warehouse facility and cannot store these. I let them send it and again received a WalMart card and the next 3 toners.

3 months late I get a third call, asking when I'd like the remaining 6 pcs on my 'contract'...mind you I never signed anything. I told them I wasn't interested in anymore and they became quite aggressive to push these out the door. Assuming that we'd go through the toner regardless, I ordered the next 3. The following month they called and inquired about the other 3. I told them to give us a bit and try later. They assured they'd try to push them back and invoice in 45 days and every time I said wait longer, they repeated that they'd invoice further out but mail the toners the following week, or end of month (following week), or any other way they could word the next shipment leaving in 7 days. I became aggravated and again argued that this was only supposed to be a total of 6 units. I was then told it was 12 to complete this 'contract'. Needless to say the toners arrived in 3 days.

Long story short...this saga repeats itself for over 2 years of non-stop haggling. Now my 'contract' has a total of 36 units, we have 21 toners purchased (I was told I misunderstood and that 12 was only half the order of a total of 24...another lie), and my stock room is full. They do not stop calling, they are very crafty with their wording, extremely annoying, and never hold up to their end of the bargain. The last call I told them I was done and fed up with their lies. They then told me I didn't have to finish my skid for toners (we had switched printers since we have enough toner for 3 years for one of our laserjets) and could revert to office supplies to cover the cost of a toner. I asked why is the monetary value the issue when a 'skid' is what needs to be emptied. I was fed some BS and the next call was from a different sales rep.

DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!!
