Alltel Wireless Paid my sisters bill, and they kept my debit card information on file and charged my account Ashland Ohio

I paid my sisters bill in April, i told them i am her sister paying it. Its a prepaid phone. The next month my sister calls me and tells me that they took money from our account and she'd pay me back, so i let it go. Nothing was taken in June then money was taken in July and August. I didnt notice until Sept. when i looked at my bank statements because i was searching for another problem we had. Here they took money from us. I called my sister and she didnt understand because they took money from her bank card. I called Alltel and they told me i need to fax proof that they took our money. My husband is in the Army and been working long hours and i have been having medical problems, so we finally went to the alltel store in Georgia with the proof like 3 weeks later and they tell us that they cant refund our money and to take it up with our bank. They also told us that someone called them and gave them our debit card number, that they didnt keep our number on file. Well i know for a fact that i didnt give my sister my card number. She didnt steal it from me either because shes all the way in Ohio and im in Georgia. I called my bank and all they can do is go to 60 days for a debit card, so we cant get our money back for July. I called alltel back, they say they're sorry we cant go that far back. July was just to far back to give us our money back. Some excuse! They know they took our money, we faxed proof they took it, and we deserve to have our money back no matter how long its been. Its theft and they should not get away with it. Oh and what happened was, my sister had her bank card on their file, her child support card, and our card was on their file. When she would call to make the payment, it would ask do you want to use your card that is on file, she would say yes and they just took from whatever card they wanted, which was ours for May, July and August.
