Alltel Wireless rip offs false info. unauthorized plan changes overbilling LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY

alltel has ripped me off from the beginning. i was quoted a monthly bill of $84 + tax. i have never paid less than $130.00 i have been overcharged monthly. i have been charged for nights and week ends of course they credited me but sure made up for it on the next bill. all i get is a runaround, each employee of alltel has a different reason.

i have been charged for calls that were on my circle, from what they said it was not listed until 4/16, my son put it in several months ago. i was informed that their billion dollar machines dont make mistakes then explain to me how all the night and weekend charges were billed to me? yeah, i was credited, but i think thats admitting to a machine making a mistake!

any crediting i recieved has only been for the past 2 months~none before that. when i sighned the 2yr. contract i was told that there would be a $200.00 fine to end contract, today i was informed that its $200.00 per line!

how rediculous can this get!? i am so sick of this sh.. what do i do now? some body help me out here, i dont know what to do or who to talk to. PLEASE!
