Alltel ripoff Little Rock Arkansas

Recently, I decided to upgrade my Alltel wireless service to 2 phones. I searched the Internet to find the best deal possible. I found that my current provider Alltel had a good deal and I called the retention office to see if they would match it since I was no longer under contract after 5 years with them.

I reached a person named Charles that was more than willing to promise me the same deal with no additional charge for equipment. 29.95 for ano line and 14.95 for the additional line was the pricw agreed upon.

I received my phones in the mail as promised and later reseived a bill for 176.64. I called Charles back and he said he was taking all of the charges off of the bill and to send in payment of 19.18.

My next bill was for 271.16 with the original charges still attached and now Charles will neither accept or return my calls.

I feel I have been ripped off and am not gonna pay a dime until someone from this company makes good on my original deal. By the way I haven't signed a thing!
