I witnessed the tech come out and spray the perimeter of the house, not the windows, not the doors, not the frames.  His equipment was a light home depot sprayer. It literally covered as much ground as a cheaper water gun. While upset and in shock I asked the tech to spray the frames. Immediately, I knew I was not happy but I hoped for the best. That was until that week insects were swarming into the house because Alterra used a hand rotary spreader for granules on yard; but Alterra does not dust the weep holes around the house. And this is how I got spiders and earwigs swarming into my house.

ALTERRA IS A POOR INEFFECTIVE TREATMENT INTENEDED TO DECEIVE THE RECIPIENT INTO BELIEVING THEY’RE GETTING AN EXTERMINATION.  I had no results from the granules in yard or the spray, other than infestation on slide and playground my 2 & 3 years old plays on.  Although I left 3 messages for Branch Manager Jeremy Gary and my husband did as well, we Never received a return call from any manager. 

I am requesting the amount to be waived and refunded, as well as no reporting to the credit bureau due to the Malpractice Alterra Pest Control holds with not indicating the products they use on receipt nor do they list they are regulated by TX DEPT of AGRICULTURE. To make any complaints and get them shut down (866)918-4481. Basically, so others will not be scammed by the initial services fee and contract this company thrives after with no real service. A Great extermination company with real results (((competitor's name redacted))) :)
