I purchased a 14 day trial then cancelled my product before the 14 days, I was charged $39.99 2 days after I cancelled. I have been fighting with my bank regarding this. I have emails showing my confirmation of cancellation from the company yet am still being charged.

This company is worthless and wants money, they deducted a reoccuring fee for something I did not even ask for. Yet, they claim that the charge is valid, how so? I have proof from them showing my product was cancelled yet still being charged?
