ALUCIA Took my money, scam, Internet

I was on facebook.   I saw the ad for the facecream.  It was for a sample jar for free but you had to pay for shipping.  I gave them my credit card.  Then my phone went crazy.  Now it charged me for eye cream too.  I said to myself I'll pay for shipping for that too.  I pushed another button to finish my order then the phone went crazy again and I was not able to read anything.  It did not give me chance to read anything about so many days then you would be charged $200.00

I called the company when I was charged $200.00 on my bank account.  I told them I never saw anything where I was supposed to call them if I didn't want product.  She said it was right on the screen and I told her it was not there.  She said I can't get my money back but she could cancel any future orders.  I told her I only wanted the sample and I didn't want anything else.  So she canceled all future orders.  

I never received the order I had to pay for.  They should at least send what you had to pay for.
