I have contacted Bill O'Reilly and WWOR TV. My husband has already contacted the FTC and FBI and the AG.
Thankyou D of Louisiana for more ideas. Can you imagine, sending a bill to my father who has been dead for 5 years??

He never owned a computer, neither has my mother, and we do have a computer at her home but use cable modem internet. How could we have inserted a minidialer??
