As the training explains, in todays current market conditions and coupled with the area you are finding the deal in, 30% sometimes is not good enough. According to Ameraco and the network criteria, 30% is shoppable to get the deal in their hands but it in no way makes it a good deal. I would hope the support person was a bit saddened that you didn't get a response. After all, she is the one person that would know how hard you worked on the deal. Why is that a bad thing??????? Your comission IS NOT 3-5% (unless that is all you were asking for). If you read the materials and listened to support, that IS NOT what they told you. YOU decide what your deal is worth to you and take into consideration how much time you spent on it. That is how you base your commission. Of course,again, probably the reason you didn't succeed at the program is your unwillingness to listen or learn and your lack of reading.
