For the 495.00 ... they send you a package with all the info. you need to find properties...they teach you about how to look for foreclosures...the main requirement was 30% below market value...It was a good education on Real Estate and how to find properties..but I don't need to spend 495.00 for that..I already knew that !! I wanted to make Thousands like they said I would...Just follow the steps and you will be SUCCESS !!!
Well, I did and I submitted properties and I even talk with there "Support team"...I talk with Donna several times and she thought I had done everthing right..But she has NO control on a INVESTOR picking this property up....Then she had the audacity to tell me to find my OWN INVESTORS...What !! I thought you had over 10,000 investors looking at these properties, so why would I need to find my own investors.....I now realize that my 495.00 went from becoming a success story to just a pipe dream !!!!

WOW, WHAT A LIE. I believe what is ALWAYS said goes something like this......DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP - There are likely additional local investors that would love to know about your deal that are NOT in our network. So, at this point, you should refer to pages 111-115 of your training manual and continue to shop your deal to more investors. Remember, the more investors you have looking at your deal, the greater the likelihood your deal will be picked up and the greater the percentage of commission as well. This is the final step, step 4.
IS THIS NOT TRUE TO FACT ON WHAT WAS TOLD TO YOU????????? Again, another case of twisting words to justify your own failure.
