I've had his program for a long time and have submitted many properties...properties that should of been pick-up by these over 10,000 Investors they supposely have...Not one investor has contacted me !!! I went by their GLA List for these properties..I did EVERYTHING by their requirements...And still NO INVESTORS !!! I would like to get back at least my 495.00...and I can't even do that! I didn't want to give up HOPE on Ameraco but now I can honestly say that this company is a FRAUD !!!

Well it's certainly nice to know that YOU know exactly WHERE and HOW an Investor should spend his hard earned dollars. It is not up to YOU to decide whether or not they are deals worth investing in. Your job as a locater is to put the deal together per their criteria and then leave it to the investor to decide himself. Again, not YOUR decision. When at first you don't succeed, try try again. NOT, when at first you don't succeed, blame others, get mad, get frustrated and give up.
