We had extended warranty on our car Mercedes GL 450 with them.
I had a warning light go on my car while driving that the coolant level is low so I took it to the nearest shop and got it fixed. However the engine of the car died right after and they wouldn't honor the claom saying that the vehicle operated even after the engine failure. This is not true. We took immediate action as soon as we saw the light go on and got the issue fixed.
