American auto transport AAT Company cheated for shipping a car from CT to CO on a promised date and collected fee davie Florida

I have made an agreement with American Auto Transport to ship my vehicle on 06-09-2013 i.e. by Sunday 9^th June 2013. A person named Paul made a false promise that my vehicle can be picked up by 9^th June. He made me a call to my mobile on these dates to confirm it ,following are the call records.

I have signed the order thinking that the service is as promised. On Saturday 8^th june, I got a call from truck driver that he may or may not pick up the vehicle by Sunday 9^th but he did not confirm that he is going to pick or not .

I have called the company many times on Saturday 8^th from two different numbers to confirm that the car can be picked up by Sunday 9^th on, there was no answer to that call, following are the call records, but I was told that I can reach them any time to get my queries answered when I was booking the vehicle for shipment.

And even I called the truck driver who called me on 8^th June by verifying my previous answered numbers to confirm when he is picking up the car but there was no response from truck driver following are the call records

On Monday 10^th June I got a call from American Auto Transport that the truck driver has tried to contact me and I did not answer the call, which is a absolutely a lie and I can given my landline and Mobile bills where they can see how many times the truck driver contacted me or any left any voice message .

Incidentally on Tuesday 11th June I booked by vehicle with another transport company realizing that AAT has deceived me ,and that transport company gave me the same driver contact number to pick up my vehicle where earlier AAT said that the driver with phone number 7815109143 will pick my vehicle .

I did check with the driver whether he had any order to pick up my vehicle by 9th June by AAT  he said he rejected the bid and that was not conveyed to me by AAT  .

My sole concern was the customer was not informed by AAT at any moment that the vehicle pick up may be delayed nor they did bother to address the customer concerns when the customer tried to contact the company many times. As a result I have to pay huge price of post pone my trip cancel the air tickets and travel on a different date paying  more amount for travelling immediately .

it’s not a matter of $150 I paid huge price for travelling on different date and also need to pay to huge amount to Apartment owners for extending my stay for 2 more days  ,you have to understand the agony and pain the customer had to face because of irresponsible service from AAT .
