American Credit Services very scary-had all my personal information-wouldn't tell me who they were Aniheim California

Today someone by the name of Johnathon (with a very thick middle eastern accent) called my home number, place of business, and home office number all within a few minutes. On the caller ID at my place of business the number came up as a local number, yet the caller gave our secretary the number 714-333-2950. The person (whom you could hardly understand) told our secretary that he needed to speak to either me or my attorney, and that I was going to be very sorry! I tried all day to call back. THe local number that came up on the caller ID wasn't in service. The 714 number was almost impossible to get through to. When they left me a message on my home phone the person was almost impossible to understand, and it was very noisy in the background, and then got very quiet, and disconnected. When I finally was able to reach them, they had ALL of my personal information and wouldn't tell me who they were collecting money. All they would say was that it was for a payday loan. I had several payday loans that I had paid in full, so I asked him what company it was for, and he wouldn't tell me. He said he was calling to warn me that tomorrow morning an investigator would be at my door to drag me to the courthouse by my hair, and I would be very sorry. THis was so creepy. I called several of the companies that I had payday loans with and they told me it was a scam and to report it.
