American Data Group offered goverment jobs making $12-$48 an hr. still charged my account 79.95 after i cancelled my payment and still have not been refunded Santa Barbara California

i called the american data group looking for a job. they told me all the job offerings they had and told me it was a one time fee of $69.00 and a $10.95 charge for shipping and handling totalling $79.95. i changed my mind a few hours later and called them back and cancelled. the next day i received a phone call from them her name was jackie and she said my ordered was cancelled and my acct. would not be charged. i went online to do my banking today and they have charged my acct for $79.95. i immediatley called them and asked what was going on and they said the acct. was cancelled and i told them i just talked to my bank and they said that the $79.95 was pending and i informed the american data group that i have stopped them from taking the money and reported them to the better business bureau.
