I reported to Serve that someone made unauthorized charges on my card. so that started an investigation it was only five days later I was contacted and told that the charges was not in error and they where closing my account! So why am I being treated like a criminal? I was then told there was no further information that could be giving to me & I was no longer a customer of theres. It's no way they investigated the issue! Or why didn't they explain to me how and from what they based there decision on? I can't even go into more legal actions cause serve refuse to even give me a copy of my transactions. I believe the reason they closed my account is to cover up the fact this happen to me knowing those transactions should not of even went thru never spent over $50 at a time on that particular card! Now I am out of 2500 dollars I need a resolution! I am a single mom that has put her trust and the little money I had in serve remind yourself one of the biggest companies in the world. I am hurt I am unable to pay my bills someone help me pls.

While your tale of woe WOULD be a tear jerker the reality is that THEY wouldnt just close your account for no reason. If there was fraud, REAL FRAUD they would have reimbursed YOU the money. This means that they found that YOU were placing a FALSE CLAIM of fraud. So obviously YOU did something with your card and it caused fraud in YOUR eyes but when THEY do the research its found that its NOT fraud. Let me guess, YOU used the card for some "trial offer" online. Then when the terms of that offer come due, YOU scream scam. Or something like that. If they cancelled the card there is MORE to your tale then YOU are telling. The problem is that YOU will play the part of the victim thereby doing EVERYTHING in your power to make THEM look as bad as YOU can. YOU would say ANYTHING to recover your money. Even if that means YOU have to shirk the part YOU played in all of this. SO before YOU go on that rampage, make sure, 100% sure that YOU have given ALL relevent information. Otherwise its JUST defamation and THAT WILL COST YOU!!
If YOU had ANY case at all YOU would have taken this situation to the regulatory commision that handles issues like these.
