American Express bad service Ft.lauderdale Florida

I received and offer by american express over my other credit cards. I heard stories of american express hurting people. I never confirmed this but at least i can mentioned it.. Now i can prove it by their nasty closing letter without contacting me for assistance or alternative.

I received the credit card the blue card. I had it for sometime now. Today I received a letter that basically cancel //// close my account.

See i had a problem in todays economic 2008 crisis with the banks morgages like everyone else and simply taking control of my finances I'm doing Due to some of this mortgages reporting on me cause basically they want was is theirs on time. Late payments is showing in my account. This is 2 accounts over my 68 open and history trade in my credit reports.

I tried to solve this issue by contacting american express their customer service. Yet, they just say sorry is your issue now.. We cannot reinstate the account you would have to re-apply. I don't understand why they did not drop the limit or stop the cash advance of their miserable 400 on a 10000 limit to whatever instead of hurting my credit reporting agency. I got higher credit cards than this and they give me a call from time to time. I would have more respect for that.
Instead they hurt my credit by choosing to close by """"force."""without me saying nothing on the matter. This eventually would show up in ones credit history and affect others to offer you credit in time. Is not good to see this way.

Simple, when in doubt I will never get an american express services ever ever ever as it has no integraty or respect for the 1 consumer. Even if they apologize as i'm sure there are others like me somewhere hurt in this way by them.

American Express is the only company that has done this to me from all my 20 credit cards.

If it is to good to be true most likely it is.======== American Express the wrong choice================= F========= for not considering consumer issues above their idiotic policies. I had a payment history on time till this will show affecting my revolving credit cards.....Mortgage is different as even the lenders are working with me at this time.....Where in the hell did American Express offer me support instead of hurting me for using their services which their were current till force closure. I feel like i got dump by them without recourse or a statement.......... Guys watch out.
