American Home Solutions this company set me up for failure!!!! Roseville California

AHS sales person came to my home for at least 1 month every other week selling a water system. I don't know how this company does it but sales person maniuplated me and my wife to signing a sales slip not home improvement contract which later i call AHS and they said that all contracts are executed on HIC. The strategy is that the sales person use on me and my wife was prior to siging contract, i was asking alot of questions about certain important things. All the questions i asked, sales person answer no to all my questions but if sales person would of answer yes to only one i would had not sign sales slip. At that point sales person seen that i was hesitating to sign, so sales person strategy was that if i sign the sales slip that sales person would qualifed me in special goverment program which it would be paid by the goverment. That closed the deal and by signing the sales slip was the biggest mistake in my entrie life. The APR from finance company was at 18% and sales person did not inform me of any cancellation process and/or any consumer purchasing rights. The people at this company are not stupid. Suposely sales person told me that the company (AHS) were helping the minority population to have better water but after all the trouble that i went threw with finance company and AHS, I clearly seen that this is their primary target. I've had open cases with better business berau, contractor state license board and finance company and all three of them shut me down. Like i said don't know how AHS do it but it seems that AHS does not let you know about thier important policies until after you sign sales slip. By then, when there is a problem, it's to late you are very much helpless and AHS deprives you of all your rights. So over all beware, if a sales person comes to your home and they represent AHS close the door or tell them to piss off because this company will set you up fo failure.
