American Laser Center ripoff Hinsdale Illinois

The treatments I received at American Laser Centers were ineffective and they have been stringing me along for months concerning a refund.

I have had over 13 treatments over the course of the past 18 months to have the hair from my underarm removed. (According to them, it's only suppose to take 6...) In March, I began what I thought was the refund process. They have taken pictures and even went so far as to have it "investigated" by someone at their corporate office in Farmington Hills, Michigan .

Right now, I am supposedly at the point where legal will contact me. It's been over two weeks and still no call from the legal department. The last time I called, I was told that there was no need for me to call back because they would be contacting me.

They keep mentioning some "protocol" but can never define it. I wrote a letter to the corporate office and copied the "Medical Director" (the plastic surgeon where the ALC is located) but haven't heard a word.

If you look at the website, you'll notice that there's not corporate contact information. I wish I would have investigated them before paying for these useless treatments!
