American Legal Services mexican phone scam started by asking for my attorney's name. threatened jail in 3 hours if I did not answer questions los angeles California

Someone needs to bust these people...

Hispanic man identifying himself as Mike Anderson from American Legal Services called my office claiming to be an attorney calling on behalf of the State of California. He started by demanding the name of MY attorney. English was so bad I could barely understand him. Threatened me immediately after I asked what this call was regarding. "If you don't answer my questions, a US Marshall will be there within 3 hours to extradite you to California where you will stand trial." Never did tell me what I would be arrested for, but did mention an individual that works with me, which suggests that American Legal Services is receiving information from a "secure" location somewhere; most likely loan applications.

We went around and around for a few minutes before I googled "American Legal Services", saw all the scam warnings, and asked him if he minded if I record the call. He said that was fine and started yelling that I am crazy for not having an attorney, the US Marshalls would be coming for me "within 3 hours" and hung up.

Here is the address and website he gave when I asked for it. (Website appears to be for bankruptcy lawyers.)
