American Legal Services USE SCARED TACTICS TO SCAM MONEY OFF Of PEOPLE texas

I received a call from an agressive indian man stating on my VM that he's going to send the police over to my house. He said his name was Sargent... and that I am at risk of being arrested. I called back to find out what the nature of his call. When I told him this is a scam I don't break laws. He stated that I took out a payday loan and never paid it back. BTW I never took out a loan. I placed a internet request but then decided to ask my mother in law for money instead because Payday loans cause more of hardship then help. The man told me that I needed to listen to the affavidavit and not interrupt him while he spoke. I listened and he rambled off things about me doing 5years in jail and tried to tell me I committed fraud by going on line and requesting a loan that wasn't paid back. Then he told me that I could it take care of it over the phone with him "but before we get to that I'd like you to tell me why you didn't pay it back." I informed him that I never received money. Then he said well... He said I'll receive something or the police will stop by.
