American Online AOL ripoff, false contact information on contract, fradulent billing Ogden Utah

I have not had any services with america online in over 4 to 5 months. I have called several times in regards to technical difficulties with logging onto my account. Each time that I phoned them, I was told that, "We are updating our system so please give it about 25 to 30 minutes and try again. If this does not work, call us back".

On February 18,2005 I wrote to American Online to officially try to cancel my account with them. According to my contract, the information they gave me to cancel my account was false. I sent the letter to the address on the back of my contract(AOL P O Box 1600 Ogden UT 84401), and it was returned "undeliverable as addressed and cannot be forwarded".

On March 7, 2005 I went on the BBB website to gather information about the company. I received an address and fax number in which I faxed over my cancellation as well as sent another letter to the main headquarters address. As of March 23, they (AOL) have continued to withdraw funds from my account (twice this month) in which March 22nd was the most recent and I have yet to get a response from anyone.
