Americas Pride Bait and switch, lied to, never shipped product, threatened me with harrassment charge, kept my money! ripoff Seekonk Massachusetts

Well....Yesterday was spent cutting and welding on my "Quality made".. Chinese lift. The box steel. holding the lift arms, had twisted and the foward pin holes elongated into egg shapes. A good friend of mine machined four cold rolled steel bushings as a fix.
We spent three hours with a cutting torch and a mig welder to make this lift safe for use....not what I needed when I bought this crap, nor is it the lift I ordered.....it has never been nor ever be a 10,000 lb lift!
The lack of quality ensures this is a dangerous product and should not be considered for use by other than a hobby shop .....compact vehicles and light trucks...

Americas Pride still has not responded to any offer,threat of legal proceedings or other contacts I have made... I called Huth Benders, owned by Mr. Joe Becker. He owns the company that makes,what I consider,(with 28 yrs experience) to be the best exhaust pipe bender made! That's why I paid for (in full) and ordered the Huth Bender from Mike Nees company- Americas Pride in Seekonk. Ma..(Fred Navas "salemans"/order taker)over TEN Plus weeks ago... I called Mr. Becker's company on Monday morning, May 14 07....he personally took my called. I informed him of my situation with Americas Pride and their complete lack of regard for their customers or obvious lack of concern for their reputation. Mr. Becker had a Huth Bender shipped out to me the NEXT DAY!!!To be delivered this week.(From his own inventory..and said he'd deal with Americas Pride directly...for me not to worry about it!)and HE apologized for Americas Pride!! UNREAL!!! I AM NOT DONE WITH Mr. Nees or Americas Pride...but I had to make sure all who read this know...IF you need a Huth Product call them directly at 800-558-7808....As Mr. Becker said to me.."The buck DOES stop here!...He has great pride in his company and his people.I will keep all up to date!
