I received a certified letter from he IRS saying there was an ajustment to my 2012 taxes and now I owed them money. Americredit said they sent me a 1099 on 10-27-2012 which I never received. They turned it into to the IRS as income. I never received any money fom Americredit. This is Fraud!!! Something needs to be done to this company! I think they are now called GM financial services. This is just so wrong Do the American people have any rights anymore?
