AMERIGAS - Hazelton Complany Buys Penn Fuel and gouges propane customers Hazelton Pennsylvania

I am a former Penn Fuel propane customer.Penn Fuel had apparently been bought out by Amerigas.Recently called to Propane as my tank which was originally on
autofill had gone empty. Amerigas (Hazelton, Pa) delivers 102 gallons of propane and charged $4.71/gal. (Ave price in area 2.35/gal).

I called and Amerigas claimed it was a computer problem and will change the cost to $3.28/Gal. They say this is what they charge former Penn Fuel customers and this change will be reflected in my bill. I recieved my bill on 2/9/09 which still showed the $4.71/gal price.
I had called again complaining that this is way out of the ballpark as far as propane charges. They again said they wou;ld change the cost to $3.28/gal. If I terminated, it would cost me $92 + Tax and they said they would refund me the propane cost. (at $3.28/gal).

I believe this is price gouging by this company.
