amerigas Their billing and customer service is deplorable. Ripped off for $50 plus numerous bills Sidman Pennsylvania

Warning, do not use Amerigas for your propane needs. I just started with them and have had 4 bills all with different amounts. They offered a $50 switching bonus and then claimed that I had to send in a coupon, and just plain lied. I attempted to contact their home office via their web site and just got into an email war that answered nothing. The office manager Tammy is a complete fraud, her assistant Karen is equally bad and the manager "Ray" never returns calls, he may actually be invisible. These people and Amerigas should be restructured from the top down. There are 83 total reports, all like mine, for this company. That is just with this site, I found many on Yelp also. I am headed to the BBB next. Do yourself a favor, this company is no good, use anyone, even an individual, but if you must use Amerigas get ready for a lot of frustration. You have been warned!!!
