AMERIQUEST-AMC LOSING MY HOME,CAN'T MAKE PAYMENTS, NOBODY WILL RE-FI ,CREDIT RUINED DEARBORN Michigan

I am new to this site and only found it after being referred by other mortgate companies that can't refinance me because my credit was damaged so bad by ameriquest. I was also told that loan was more than what my house could be appraised at.

I was told that my payment would be fixed for the first two years and even before that time they had increased my payment, which continue to go up whast seems to be every three months.

I was out of work for 7 months the plant where i was working had shut it's doors, they would not work with us in any way. they wouldn't accept partial payment, sent my checks back to me saying they wanted the full amount we were behind or we would face foreclosure, we are still fightning that fight and face that threat everyday.

when you call to talk to someone they are rude and downright mean, we have borrowed from everyone we know and still are behind, they have added their own insurance into our escrow even though we struggled to get our own just so they could increase our monthly payment. Now they have done the same with the flood insurance payment.

I am not a young man and all of this stress has taken it's toll on me, I am near the end of my rope and nobody can help me. My credit went from great to poor in two years and I can't refi, I think Ameriquest is determined to get my house and won't stop until they do.
Can Anybody help me
