Amerisave's VP contacted me directly to resolve this matter, and was extremely prompt. While I did not elect to choose their services, I am impressed with upper-level management's involvement and availability. I rescind my original report.

I am a first-time homebuyer comparing mortgage rates. I called the 24 hour number and spoke with an Amerisave representative- Sean Kemmerer. I asked about rates, and pre-approval, and told the company not to proceed until I had made a decision. In this time, Sean was extremely unprofessional, and used various methods of sexual harassment- telling me I sounded "hot." And following this up with an e-mail to that extent.

Additionally, he pressured me saying "What's wrong with you, why can't you make a decision?" several days later. The final straw came when his company charged me for the approval process- after specifically telling them not to go ahead with this. I had told them not to proceed, turned away the appraisers, and had not returned any of the information necessary to process an approval. The company is denying my request to return this money, though they processed this illegally.

Citibank's legal department is currently pursuing this. This company is incredibly unprofessional, hard to deal with, and an extremely poor representation of an ethical organization. Amy f Newtown, Pennsylvania
