Amerispec - Servicemaster Ripoff! Dishonest, gave me a report of no termite damage & refuse to pay for repairs needed due to his mistake Waldorf Maryland

Amerispec did the required termite inspection for my home before purchase. They indicated there were no termites, no damage from termites and the house was fine except we needed to correct side drainage.

Soon after we discovered the fron porch had extensive termite and rot damage. The side of the home was also damages by rot and most of the window sills needed replacement due to rot. They indicated we needed no spray. We ask for assistance and they were slow to respond. They then offered a discounted spray of $600.00 but no damage costs.

We ended paying $5,500.00 and asked to at least split the cost. They said we needed to read the back of the contract (our copy had no back part) and hang up on us. We feel we were treated unfairly.
