AMEX Assurance, IDS Property & Casualty, Ameriprise Unfairly LOW settlement offer Ripoff De Pere Wisconsin

Following a minor accident, Amex decided my vehicle was a total loss. I blue booked my car and came up with $6,036 as the value. Amex offered me $1,800. and I refused. I sent the adjuster several listings of similar cars selling for $5,500. to $9,000. and those were dismissed by the adjuster. When I threatened legal action & a complaint to insurance commission, they re-evaluated and offered $2,600. When I refused this offer, I was told that they had stopped paying my rental car after the first offer was made. This was told to me at the end of the 30 days and the first offer was made 14 days after the accident. So, now they are trying to stick me with over 2 weeks rental. They have been very slow to respond to me and refuse to budge in their low offer. I have made a complaint with the insurance commission.
