 I started with this company in 2002, they have been deducting their payment from my account every month.

About 5 years ago, I noticed they didnt have any support for prescription drugs. I paid the total amount.

They also pay ~ $100 for hospital stays - nothing else. For other work, they have a set amount and pay nothing to it. They tell the provider, this is what the cost will be.

When I ask about the deductions for lab tests, they tell me " you have met your 3 doctor visits and must wait until next year"

And I keep paying.
