In order to be in management at AmMed Direct you have to be an a*s! You don't need a degree to be the HR Manager just the willingness to kiss up to management! In order to run a department all you need to do is be a TOTAL a*s. Gail Banks proves  that! Now you also have to have an unwillingness to listen and above all a REALLY bad hair style, but wait you can get fired to mentioning the bad hair style so be careful lol That place is going down like the Titanic and it is really sad to see a company that HAD a great purpose go down but it is ran by a bunch of idiots! Please save yourself and  jump ship. They are so worried about people leaving when vacation days are requested, they want to know what you need it for.............go ahead and tell them to find a BETTER job that offers more opportunity and a chance at a raise. Oh yeah still have not seen one of those in about a year now! What a Joke!!!!!!!!!!!
