I forgot in my previous entry to let you all know that they have NO CLUE about any nyc laws and issues. We had to tell them to look into certain money saving programs(and what they were and who to call about them) for our building and they also spent our money by telling us that by law we needed certain things on premise, which we did not need to have. Makes me wonder if there is cahooting going on with vendors?
