Andrea Bunis Management Horrible, evil, morally corrupt New York, New York

Andrea Bunis is an egomaniacal, sociopathic megalomaniac.  And a mean, evil one.

If you're wondering where your money goes every month, here's a short list:

1)  to trade magazines (e.g.; Habitat, Cooperator) for Andrea's never-ending PR-hyping of herself.

2)  to vendors that Andrea uses exclusively so that her kickbacks are built-in to your cost

3)  Andrea Bunis Management's accounting errors

Ask yourself, how does Andrea manage to find the time to manage buildings with such a constant schedule of panels, seminars, trade shows, etc.?

It wouldn't be possible for Andrea to go about her day to day reign of terror without her trusty little minions Donna, Gina and, most of all, Alex.  Their incompetence is only outdone by their sycophantic behavior.  Deep down, they know that ABMI is plagued with deep-rooted problems, most of all within their useless accounting system software.  Andrea paid a ton of money for her accounting system so nobody is allowed to criticize it  even though it may very well be her downfall.

A previous posting described Andrea's management style as a "customer is always wrong" philosophy and I couldn't agree more.  

Andrea:  please do the world a favor, close shop and retire to a place where you can pay people to tell you how special and smart you are.  Let real property management companies handle your clients.  When we got rid of Bunis Management we turned such a huge profit our first year that we had a maintenance decrease. Life without Andrea Bunis is a good life indeed.  

To all those considering Andrea Bunis Management who are reading this:  stay away from the dark side.  You have been forewarned!
