Don't know where to begin. The hook was how they said yes to all the things we, as a corporation needed. The down was that they didn't do any of their "yes's". Their accounting practices, monthly financials, availability during off-hours, over payments of bills because they were erroneously posted are just some of the gripes about this managing agency. The guy who was supposed to help with finding ways to have income for the building was a wash-out. All talk at the initial meeting to get us all worked up and hopeful and then produced nothing except to bad mouth everyone at the building, thinking he was a man in charge. I wonder - in charge of what? Probably has Napolean complex. When presented with our issues and situations, Andrea liked to tell stories about her other buildings and how she handled them. She really patted herself on the back all the time. Gloated about how wonderful and insightful she is. What a great negotiator she is and what a gosh-darn perfect person she is. She had a clever answer for every situation - like she had encountered them all. None of her answers pertained to our building - they were just her "success" stories about other buildings.

Anyway - our property manager proved to be the light in this abyss. I could go on and on but what is the point. I suppose from the other Ripoff reports about ABMI when you fire them have your accounting and bank statements checked.

Andrea is a yenta. She will stab anyone in the back but when you fire that company she is like a child scorned. There are many other things I could write but but won't. She has proved this company is horrible and she is her worst advertisement. No class whatsoever.

Oh - the people who work there seem like they cowtow to her - like she has a power over them. Some of them really could find a job elsewhere - I wonder why they don't.
