Our NYC co-op building was also managed by Andrea Bunis Management. Constant accounting errors, little or no knowledge of building codes, legal matters, money management, general disorganization and lack of communication within their offices coupled with Andrea Bunis' arrogance and "the customer is always wrong" philosophy made it very easy to fire them. However, struggling to get the money in our bank accounts away from them as well as vital documentation for the new managing agent has shown us that it is very true that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Andrea Bunis took the firing very personally and proceeded to behave in a spiteful, vindictive unprofessional and childish manner. Good riddance.
