This was the worst online purchase experience I've ever had, and I've purchased a lot of things online before. I placed an order, and was emailed the next day saying I needed to pay an additional $18.00, or I could cancel my order because their sell price was below their cost. I fail to understand how this is the customers problem.

I agreed to purchase at the advertised price, not to be charged more later. The order was cancelled by ApplianceZone prior to coming to an agreement. I was unable to contact anyone via phone to discuss further. Very frustrating experience. Please do not purchase from this company.
