I ordered stove parts from this company that ended up not fitting. There is no way to contact them by phone as their CEO, Jim Allen states on the website that it saves money - his money. They do not issue an RMA and make you pay postage. OK, so I did that. One month went by and they never creditied my account until I complained to the credit card company. When they did issue a refund it was for roughly half the amount. The chat they supply gives you the same reply over and over no matter what you ask. So, it is not live, but automated. Their retun form does not have enough spaces for the invoice number that they issue. Do not use this company.
