Appliancezone.com Fraud! Never refunded my money. Waiting almost 90 days! Internet, Internet

I used this company to order a part for my freezer. I used their website to locate my model and order what I needed. I get the part and it isn't even. Lose to what I need. No phone number to contact this fraud of a company, live chat only. They said to return the product for a refund. I actually had to pay to return ship it. I did, after following a 3 page outline on how to return product, I waited. No refund. I threatened them with bbb and all of a sudden they received the returned part 2 months later. They said due to the holidays it took some time. I filed a claim with PayPal which was denied because I didnt send ups or with tracking. They said they. Couldnt use the emails to prove they had received the part. Still no money back. I filed a complaint with bbb, still no money. I should of googled this company before using them. All bad feedback. I did get great service from a guy on eBay from Bulgaria.milen something. Don't buy from Appliancezone, your better off dealing with communist or foreign companies, they won't rip you off like Appliancezone.
