I had absolutely no problems with this company. I ordered the part on Sunday, and it arrived on Wednesday morning. I was hesitant to order due to all the bad reviews for this company, but I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I even talked with a representative on the live chat before placing my order. I double checked to ensure I was ordering the correct part, since it was an electrical part, it is not returnable if it has been installed. They do have a full 1 year warranty on all of their parts, so I wasn't worried about receiving a bad one. I even saved $70 on the part! I placed it in my stove, and it works perfectly! Ordering from anywhere else would have cost me 1/4 of the price of a what I paid for the stove, so, needless to say, I am very pleased. I don't understand why so many people have had issues. I will definitely order from them again when the need arises.

Seemed good at first, but they are terrible.

After replacing my part and checking to see if it worked, I posted my review. Unfortunately, even though the part worked, it had a bad switch, causing it to constantly run when on, no low or medium settings (which is necessary when cooking!). I have e-mailed to get a replacement, since it was a defective part. I read the return guidelines, and see that even if I do get a replacement from them, which is highly doubtful, I would have to pay shipping for the replacement part as well. Since it was their fault, and not mine, I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. Just stay away from them, it's not worth your worry trying to deal with them.
