Applied Card Bank Rat Bastards! ripoff Wilmington Delaware

I have had an account with them for just about a year now. My problems began when I accepted their offer to raise my limit from 500 dollars to 850 dollars. This, however came with a 100 dollar fee, conveniently removed from my now available balance.

About two months later, the balance was close to the limit again but not over it. But I guess they didn't like that, so they added their "annual service fee" of fifty bucks knowing full well this would take my balance over the limit and then charged me a service fee for being over the limit!

I always check the current balance info on their website, because I have thought that was the most current information. Ever since their little fee on a fee trick, I haven't been able to keep the balance below the limit. Just this month, I checked the balance to see how much I was over and paid that amount plus an extra 20 bucks to make sure I stayed under the limit.

Now I check the site and it says I am now 38 dollars over the limit and they charged me ANOTHER over limit fee! It looks like they processed their over limit fee AND THEN applied my payment, leaving me still 38 dollars over the limit.

This cannot be legal. What recourse do I have? With these games, I'll never get out of this and I can't afford to pay it all at once.
