APXALARM Salesperson never said this was a five year contract and I would be purchasing the equipment. Provo Utah

The salesman never said I was purchasing this equipment.
Nor did he say this was a five year contract. This was deceptive advertising and he skipped over the 60 months clause in the contract. No one would sign a contract for five years for a security alarm. I was taken advantage of because of my age.

I am a 73 year-old single retiree and I am not able to continue to pay for @$44.00 monthly for this equipment. I called the company to close the account and I was told the contract was through 2012. The only way I could get from under this contract was to find someone to transfer it to.

I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told no one could help me because I signed the contract.
