  Is anyone else filing suit for disability discrimination against Argosy University San Diego Campus?

This is my husband's story. Do not attend this university. They told him he would recieve his degree every year, the academic advisors ensured he was on track to graduation. They told him everything was flexible, they told him they would accommodate him regarding his learning disablity. They assured him they would before he signed the enrollement documents. They told him the program would be a certain way, on campus. At his own pace. They then urged him every semester to drop a classes, because he did not reviece the accomodation for his disability that they promised so he was not able to keep up with the classes.

They mismanaged his academic career by urging him to drop courses and then casted the blame on him for being put on academic probation as a result of incompetent staff who was not doing the math on the completion rate. They assured him it was fine to drop courses all along. They even told him his degree would be be entirely on campus to get him to sign the documents by the recruiter. They then swtiched the deal, under the false advertising tactics they are so well known for nationwaide.They even made the classes shorter, and pushed all the students in that progam onto online classes. Several professors didn't even give the students the same accomodation, some didn't even know he was disabled at all. Others went on vacation. Several students with learning disabilities are seeking legal solutions to this topic and I welcome their feedback. Some of these students only graduated because they had to raise hell and were bullied by staff when they asked for proper accomodation. Some dropped the program entirely and lost the money and time the put into their courses. And some were dismissed from Argosy for not completing their completion rate on time taking to many courses over again. The staff at the school is very unprofessional, they never want to answer e-mails because they know they are breaking the rules when it comes to higher education and ethics. People with learning disabilities should NOT attend this school. They will take your money and promise you anything, just take a look at all the ads about how they promise to work with you. If you have been put on academic probabtion on and off, have not recieved the acommodation they they promised at enrollment, have had no luck with professors giving you the time you need on exams, have felt target for having a disability, have been urged to drop courses, have been singled out in class, or have had you academic career mismanaged as a result of proper acommodation. I am intersted in hearing your story. I am interested in hearing if you have a case against this school. If you have been kicked out for improper conduct or something that stems from something else, please do not message me in those topics. This is a serious issue many students have faced. If you are considering a fraud lawsuit against Argosy, regarding recruiting tactics and completion ratio issues, that deal with (learning disability discrimination) on top of that, you may contact me. I am a local here in San Diego, and I believe we can force them to treat you right. It just depends on what legal routes you have take personally. I am not seeking a class action suit. This is striclty for community help and to document the abusive behavior at Argosy San Diego. Stay away from this school in general, you will not enjoy being decieved...
