Arizona Child support is a rip off I have two boys with my ex girlfriend she lived in Arizona at the time and filed for welfare so they put child support on me back in 2002 but also in 2002 she moved to Missouri and my son's got put into foster care because she let her boyfriend beat them.

When they got out of foster care in 2005 they were released back to their mother who in the same week dropped them off at my now wife's work and since then she has only seen the boys twice and one of those times we had to put a protection order on her because she let the boys cut their fingers open, Now Arizona will not close the case and we have sent them all our information, all the school paper work that shows the boys living here with me all and our DFS printouts and the protection orders that granted me custody.

Arizona claims that they don't have proof of my boys ever living here so they won't close it but then they sent me a letter saying that they could not locate the mother and refunded me a check since they are garnishing my checks from work but then I guess they found her and now they are trying to take my car I don't think that it is fair that the mother has not seen the kids in years but I still have to pay her and when the boys were in foster care I also had to pay the state of Missouri for the same my same two boys that I am also paying Arizona, but when I went to my DFS office to open a support case here in Missouri they said that they cannot open it because it shows a case being open in Arizona I have tried everything for 3 years now and I cannot get anywhere I cannot afford to go to court in Arizona and Arizona child support keeps telling me that they are going to close the case but every time I get on their web site I see them trying to find my employer and now my assets I don't understand how they can have proof of my case and still say that I owe 19,000 dollars in back child support when the mother only had the kids in her care for a few months it seems that they don't care as long as they get paid but the way they are treating my case is like dads don't matter.
