Ashley Furniture You would wonder if the company has to grow a tree, cut it down and build the furniture they ship from China. After China it goes to LA and then to the store of purchase to be sent to the customer. Fairfield California

Its amazing.  We purchase furniture from what we thought was a well known company.  Our daughter graduated high school in New Mexico and decided to go to college in California.  As a graduation gift we decided to furnish her college years with furniture, new furniture.  This was done 3/13/2010.

Today is 5/21/2010 and we were told of yet another new deliver date 6/4/2010. This is the 4th date.  Our daughter has been here with out a bedroom set now for 1 week.

What really amazes us is that the company really hides the owner.  Either they don't know how to reach him or say he doesnt have a direct number but give an email address.  Of course an email and fax was sent and of course the owner didn't respond, just another assoicate.

The reason for their delay is because they don't have all the pieces.  This would make sense however the first time, oh we dont have the footboard.  Then they don't have the footboard or headboard.  Now, they don't have the headboard, footboard, rails and dresser.  Really!

Ashley furniture has a 3 guarantees however none of them mention customer service.  My advice in an email was to go on undercover boss.  Or maybe the owner of the california northern stores doesn't care as long as his pockets are full.

I will not stop complaining.  I have also contacted our local news channel for assistance.  When you see more complaints then you do praise, you have to say enough is enough!
