Ashley Furniture...The RIPOFF Continues Fly-By-Night and Equally Dark Business Practices Arcadia WI

 Do not be fooled. These people manufacture nothing. It is all drop shipped to their warehouse or to the consumer by a thried party delivery service direct from the real sweatshops in Malaysia, the Phillippines, etc.

My $3500 California King bed set arrived damaged and their solution was to send out a lame tech with wax pencils like you buy at Lowes or Home Depot. AShley refused any other warranty or replacement claim saying it was the fault of the SHIPPING company!!! Yeah, Ashley hired the company and I get the results.

To add insult to injury, after being stuck with this, the next month the collection was discontinued. Hours calling to other AShley stores, online outlets and other retailers and not a single piece available.

Next time, and consumers be aware, stick with real manufactures in the USA like Broyhill - that maintain the same style and quality for decades. Need a matching nightstand for one bought in 1980? No problem. In stock or they will make to order.

Ashley...right at the bottom of a stopped up toilet just like IKEA and Rooms to Go.  I wonder if these aere the same scammers who brought us ObamaCare?
