Ashley Furniture Ripped off on Stearns and Foster Mattress set Jackson Tennessee

September 9, 2010 I went to Ashley Furniture showroom to buy a new mattress set. Sales people came over to me and when I told them I did not know a lot about mattress I needed help and to be educated. First they sold me a forever mattress pad. The pad is *rap, the first time i washed it and hung it outside the wrinkles would not come out of the pad. The mattress set had a 25-year warranty but when 2 people sleep on it, you roll to the middle of the bed. I paid almost $1400 for this mattress set and it is supposed to be the Cadillac of Sealy mattresses, false. You get up the next day and you feel like you have slept on a rock.

I am a side sleeper so it makes my thigh bone hurt, also it makes bruises on the insides of my knees. I called Ashley Furniture about my issues and they sent a specialist out to check my mattress this was 2 years ago and I am still waiting for him to "get back with me." Called their main headquarters last month and I am still waiting for their tech to come out and look at the mattress. I have not slept on the mattress since 2010 because it is so uncomfortable. I went to Big-Lots and got a $350 Sealy mattress and have been sleeping in the guest room like a baby.  In the mean time I am stuck with this expensive mattresss set that I cannot use. I feel like Ashley Furniture store reps were like vultures.
