Ashley Furniture Ripped OFF! Won't return my money and Ashley is the one that cancelled the order Las Vegas Nevada

On Jan. 2nd paid CASH for a leather sofa and chaise lounge; Manager told us the items were in stock and would be delivered by Jan. 27th. The wife had told them we had family coming in that weekend and again she was assured that the furniture would be there no problem. The manager said they would call us a couple days before when the items arrived to set up delivery. Wife took off the 26 and 27th; never heard from them so called Ashley and was told the items were in Vegas but couldn't deliver by the 27th. I spent hours and hours leaving messages and being on hold for customer service with no response.

I did not receive a response until I sent them a link from this web site. I was told by customer care that my furniture would NOT be delivered by the 27th however I could pick it up in person and I would have to sign a release of liability; I told them I would sign anything they wanted as long as they released the furniture I paid cash for or refund my money in full. Saturday the 28th I went to the Warehouse on Craig to pick up the furniture and I was refused due to a Patty in Corporate had cancelled my order because I was a liability.

Went back to the main store where purchased to receive an explanation and to demand my money back. I was told by the manager that according to his records that Corporate did indeed cancel my order and that I will not be refunded due to I had sent the link from this site and used the Lawyer word so therefore Ashley did not have to refund my money.

Ashley Furniture Homestores is a ripoff. All over the net you will find complaints about Ashleys'furniture, about their crappy furniture, their horrible customer service. Ashley's is using your money to kite their operations interest free! Practice kiting with banking institutions and you will end up in a federal prison. Now I am out of the $2,200.00 and no furniture. Patty in corporate is a very mean horrible person who intentionally and with malice caused me great humilation, intentional emotional conflict and retaliation against us. I have a bad heart and not able to sleep very well and try to keep my blood pressure down. If I die from a stroke or heart attack any time soon it will be from the intense emotional conflict that Ashley Furniture Homestores has caused me. I worked hard for my money and the wife was so excited to get new furniture and now Ashley's won't even give us our money back on a order they cancelled because of sending this link.
